Pedigree

We are offering Maestoso Barbana, a young Lipizzaner colt with an interesting pedigree combining traditional Lipizzaner bloodlines.

His dam, 576 Barbana VII, belongs to the traditional Barbana mare family and is a daughter of 4232 Maestoso Mester.

An interesting connection within his maternal family is his maternal half-brother, Siglavy Barbana, who was approved as a breeding stallion in Germany in 2025.

His sire, 433 Maestoso Batosta XII, is a dressage stallion from the Lipica Stud Farm, known for his kind temperament and willingness to cooperate.

Character and Future

Maestoso Barbana is still a young colt with plenty of time ahead of him to grow and mature.

We see him as a potential wonderful leisure horse and a pleasant, reliable partner for someone looking to enjoy time with their horse.

With appropriate training and development, he could become a lovely companion for recreational riding, classical riding or smaller competitions.

He would be an interesting choice for someone who wishes to raise a young Lipizzaner and develop a special partnership over the years.
